I needed a specific item for a conference I was attending out of town. When I went to get it, I discovered the shop was closed for renovation. I did a chat with the manager, Lee Anne, and she said I could order online, but delivery was past my flight. Lee Anne went above and beyond by wrapping my gift and then delivering to my car so I wouldn't have to park and come inside. She is a great advocate for the Museum Shop. Thanks Lee Anne!
