Our Signature Elderberry Syrup isn’t just for wellness season—it’s for your kitchen, your drinks, and your everyday lifestyle. Customers describe the flavor as “Christmas in a bottle” — warm spice, balanced tartness, and clean finish. We use premium, whole organic elderberries, wild-harvested in Eastern Europe and decoct with organic spices and raw honey at precision-controlled temperatures to preserve the best that elderberry has to offer. It’s then triple-filtered for a smooth, juice-like texture that’s never thick, sticky, or medicinal.

What makes our syrups different:

• We focus on taste & texture that the whole family will enjoy. Our syrups are delicious & velvety smooth. Never thick, gooey, syrupy or mouth-puckering.
• Never juiced. The secrets and richness of the elderberry fruit are contained in the skin and pomace, extracted through a water decoction process.
• Never 'cold pressed'. Backed by science, to extract the fullness of what the elderberry fruit has to offer using a controlled gentle heat application is require. Otherwise, left behind in the cold pressed juicing process.
• Gently sweetened with unfiltered local honey, direct from the apiary.
• Whole berries & spices. For elevated textures, we never use powered ingredients in our syrups.
• Free of:
